Welcome to Daily you (“Daily you”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using the Daily you mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Daily you provides personalized, AI-generated wallpapers based on photos and preferences you choose. The App may generate a new image on a recurring basis as part of the service.
The App includes both free and subscription-based features.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may choose to upload or select photos for the purpose of generating personalized wallpapers. You retain ownership of your photos.
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely to operate and improve the service.
The wallpapers generated by the App are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use them as wallpapers on your personal devices.
You may not sell, redistribute, or use generated images for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The App uses automated, AI-based systems to generate images. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.
We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID using Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
We do not control Apple’s billing systems and cannot issue refunds directly. Any refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily you shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
